About Sienam Lulla

A certified OKR coach, I am not your typical consultant. I am passionate about people, processes and problem-solving. I look back to more than 18 years of entrepreneurship & management experience in fast-growing structures. Having spent a large part of my adult life in Manhattan, the proverbial ‘New York minute’ sets the pace for me. My successes & failures have taught me that focused growth is an outcome of agility, alignment and focused strategic planning in teams.

So I take a ‘back to basics’ common sense hands-on approach when it comes to OKR goal setting & sales strategy coaching. Articulate with simplicity, sense of humor and open debate. I build the program tailored to organizational vision and needs for each startup, SME or large Enterprise. After all, there is no such thing as one size fits all.

I take a hands-on approach when it comes to mentoring companies on leveraging OKRs for strategic goal setting & achievement.  I have implemented OKRs in organizations from 30 to 2500 employees in the technology (SaaS, B2B platforms, B2C social media, and IT Services), manufacturing, energy, and retail sectors.

I live with my husband and two kids in the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore. And I thrive on the energy of the start-up ecosystem here.
